Documents and Certificates Unitdepartment
Duties of the Documents and Certificate Unit:
1. Organizing and issuing graduate documents entitled in Arabic. In addition to issuing graduate documents with grades in Arabic and English.
2. Issuing wall certificates for graduate students in both Arabic and English.
3. Issuing validity documents of the issuance of documents that are sent by the various ministries and other workplaces.
4. Keeping copies of the master sheet and archiving graduation orders for graduate students.
5. Electronic archiving, saving and organizing alumni files for the documents received and arranging them according to graduation batches.
