"The Phenomenon of Extremism: Causes and Ways to Combat It."

Under the patronage of the respected Prof. Dr. Imad Ibrahim Dawood, Dean of Mazaya University College, the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance held a workshop entitled "The Phenomenon of Extremism: Causes and Ways to Combat It." The workshop was lectured by Dr. Riyad Muhammad Mohsen, Dr. Laith Ali Khalil, and Dr. Alaa Abdul Katafa, and the workshop was moderated by Asst Prof. Dr. Ahmed Taha Yassin. The workshop included the phenomenon of extremism in society and the reasons for combating it through the effective role played by institutions. It is worth noting that the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at Mazaya University College carries out many activities on various phenomena in society.
