Legal and Administrative Division

The Legal and Administrative Division performs many administrative and legal tasks and duties. Its competence is limited to the following:


1. Contracts:

It specializes in organizing work contracts, rental contracts, and all contracts concluded by the college with others. It is one of the specializations of the Legal Division, as it is responsible for everything related to contracts and drafting them from a legal point of view, in addition to assigning them to provide legal advice to the college and its institutions.


2. Litigation:

It aims to preserve the rights of the college by reviewing the competent courts, police stations, and the Integrity Commission, whether the college is the plaintiff or defendant, and following all methods of litigation before the competent courts of all kinds.


3. Consultations:

The Legal Division expresses opinions and legal advice for the benefit of the college, where the staff of the division clarify laws and instructions and apply them in practice. The deanship of the college and its institutions also request legal opinion on many legal issues in accordance with laws, regulations and instructions, in addition to contributing to conducting administrative investigations and organizing the minutes of investigation committees and its completion within the time specified for it, taking into account the formality and objectivity in the formation of these committees in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law and the laws and instructions in force.


4. Undertakings and Guarantees:

The Legal Division is responsible for organizing the guarantees and undertakings related to the work of the college and drafting the guarantee according to its subject matter.


5. Notifications and warnings:

This unit receives notifications from the judicial informant, in the event that lawsuits are filed against the institution by others for any reason. As for warnings, the Legal and Administrative Division directs warnings in many cases that may relate to the subject of a contract or if the contracting party breaches its obligations towards the college.
